They are demanding council chiefs find them somewhere new to live after being freaked out by “spooky goings-on”.
Locals have reported hearing scary whistling noises at night and feeling cold chills near the site of the horrific murder.
And they say other strange events - including cups mysteriously smashing - have convinced them the youngster has come back from the dead to haunt them.
