Paranormal Creatures: The Püca

The püca is primarily a creature of Irish folklore. It is said that this paranormal creature is a mischievous faerie that takes on the form of other beings. Püca tales are told all over Ireland and throughout other parts of the world.

Nobody really knows what the true form of the püca is. This being is a shape shifter that takes on many forms. Its description seems to depend on the part of Ireland that it is seen and the mood that the creature is in at the time. Püca have been seen in horse, rabbit like, goat headed, goblin, dog, eagle like, and many other forms. It has even taken on the shape of an old man.
