Officials at the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation Depot in Kasargod reportedly held a special puja last month against evil spirits there.
The rituals were aimed at driving out some spirits, which the officials believe, were haunting the depot.
Top transport officials were also reportedly present during the procedure which was led by an astrologer who claimed that there were 11 ghosts in the depot premises.
According to reports authorities took to exorcism, after a recent spate of accidents which many employees here believed was caused by ghosts.
