Paranormal trigger objects are used to draw a connection—plain and simple. They’re inanimate objects that hopefully will attract an entity’s attention, resulting in some type of contact. This is of course assuming that spiritual entities are drawn to this type of stimuli, or even interested. We only hope they’ve retained some semblance of their former personality after passing on. However, this may not be the case. Yet we march on as if it were….
Often investigations are targeting spirits of children. So, consequently, these trigger objects are more in line with a child’s playful and inquisitive nature: toys, stuffed animals, trinkets, dolls, balls and colorful lights. The goal is to stimulate and play, yet often with questionable results.
