An alien-obsessed councillor has claimed that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is being advised on the conflict in Ukraine by a race of reptiles from outer space.
Serial sky-watcher Simon Parkes is adamant that recent hostilities in Eastern Europe can be put down to extraterrestrial intervention.
Specifically, he blames a group of alien reptiles he calls the Nordics for President Putin’s aggression in Ukraine.
