Two sisters involved in one of the world’s most notorious cases of paranormal activity have returned to the house where they claim to have been terrorised by a poltergeist nearly four decades ago.
The “Enfield haunting” gripped the British people between 1977 and 1978 and spawned a TV series, books and the new Hollywood blockbuster The Conjuring 2.
As part of research for the new film, Margaret and Janet Hodgson were taken back to their old London council house to relive their version of events.
